Data controller

Data, purposes and legal bases

We process form data: full name, email, message and any company details or phone number provided voluntarily. We respond to enquiries and handle correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interests are handling contact and protecting legal claims. If you enquire about entering a contract on your own behalf, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR also applies.

Hosting may record your IP address, request time and browser data to operate and secure the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary; required fields are necessary to process the form. Accepting this policy confirms that you have read the information and does not constitute marketing consent.

Providers and transfers

We use Vercel (hosting), Resend (message delivery) and their subprocessors. Data may be processed outside the EEA, including in the USA, with GDPR safeguards, particularly standard contractual clauses. Information on safeguards is available in the Vercel agreement and Resend agreement; you may also request a copy from the controller.

Retention

We retain correspondence until the matter is closed and for a further 12 months. Longer retention is limited to legal requirements or the protection of claims until the limitation period expires. Technical logs are kept for as long as needed for diagnostics and security incident investigations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where provided by the GDPR, to data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) (uodo.gov.pl). We do not use profiling or automated decision-making.

Cookies

We use Cookie Script to manage cookie preferences. The essential CookieScriptConsent cookie remembers your choice for 30 days; it is not used for advertising or analytics. The banner is loaded from Cookie Script servers, which involves sending your IP address and browser information to the provider. The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

You can change your preferences at any time by reopening the banner. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Your language choice is stored locally as unibyte-language (localStorage) until you delete the website data from your browser. Fonts and other website assets are hosted locally.
